Spiced Cheese Dip Recipe

3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 cup mexican blend shredded cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of tabasco sauce (alter amount to taste)
1 teaspoon tony's creole seasoning
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper

In a regular saucepan, melt butter. Remove from heat. Stir in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk, stirring until well-mixed. Cook over low heat, Stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth. Cook for five minutes longer. Add cheese. Stir until smooth and well-blended. Serve with chips.
